Answer: Yes, all devices to be sent in Brand New Status. We are authorized parnter of ZKTeco and UNI-T brand. All devices related to ZKTeco and UNI-T are original brand new.
 
Q2. What do I do if I have received a faulty product?
 Answer: Contact us at [email protected] or whatsapp 0086.185.7662.7199 or online chat, providing photos and proof of purchase, and our team would love to assist further.
 
Q3. Do you ship internationally?
 Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q4: How long does it take to process an order?
 Answer: If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 2-4 business days from placing your order.
